With a renewed interest in traditional styles of rosé – driven by a interest in our terroir specificity, and low-intervention winemaking – we are exploring dark rosés in our 2025 edition.
It is no coincidence that the French refer to these deeper-hued wines as rosés d’assiette - literally, “rosés to eat with.
Dark rosés are ideal food companions, offering remarkable versatility at the table. From the season’s final barbecues to fruit-based desserts, an intense rosé never disappoints. Their textural richness, aromatic depth, and subtle tannins give them the structure to pair with a wide range of dishes.
Best served at 6° - 8° C.

Grapes are hand-picked and sorted, they are then crushed and left for a traditional maceration of one hour before being pressed. The fermentation process lasts for around four months in refrigerated steel tanks.
In addition to selling our wine, we also provide an excellent private label service.
