For our Rosé we use the top upper sections of the vineyard. These vines are a bit younger and provide more acidity for a fresh and citrusy Rosé.
It is perfect as an aperitif and with fish and vegetable dishes.
Best served at 6° - 8° C.

Grapes are hand-picked and sorted, they are then crushed and left for a traditional maceration of one hour before being pressed. The fermentation process lasts for around four months in refrigerated steel tanks.
In addition to selling our wine, we also provide an excellent private label service.
You can have our products bottled with the graphics of your company, or your business, or even for special occasions gifts.
