Rosso - Harvest of 2023

The 2023 Rosso (IGT) - Isola Dei Nuraghi was harvest from the lower section of the vineyard, which tends to mature a bit later then the rest of the area and bears fruit with lighter notes. 

The vines are mixed in age but the soil is shallower and the roots are less deep. These vines are the earliest harvested from the Reds.

The result is a well structured and bold red that can be enjoyed with a variety of red meat dishes and mature cheese.

The served at 13° - 16° C.

Carefully sorted and harvested by hand, the grapes are pressed after 15 days of maceration. 

After fermentation, aging takes places in steel tanks for a period of 6 months between 20-25ºC.
